  • You are not subject to legal restrictions, bankruptcy, or other proceedings affecting your account.
  • You comply with your local gambling laws; HeyBaji does not provide legal advice.
  • You consent to provide documentation for verification and allow sharing with third-party verification providers.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your username and password. Any unauthorized access to your account is your responsibility. You must not sell, transfer, or share your account. HeyBaji reserves the right to terminate accounts involved in unauthorized activity.

2. Deposits and Withdrawals

  • Users must comply with all applicable laws and are responsible for verifying legality in their jurisdiction.

Conduct Rules:

  • Do not manipulate markets, interfere with bets, or engage in fraudulent activity.
  • Do not use bots, scripts, or unauthorized software to gain unfair advantage.
  • Offensive behavior, abuse, or use of pornography/defamation in usernames or communication may result in account closure.

Betting Limits:

  • Minimum and maximum stakes vary by market and product.
  • Maintain sufficient funds to cover bets. Errors in settlement may be corrected by HeyBaji.

Bet Settlement:

  • Bets are settled per HeyBaji Rules and Regulations.
  • HeyBaji may suspend, void, or correct bets in case of errors.

5. Underage Gambling

  • Accounts for users under 18 are strictly prohibited.
  • False age information may result in account suspension, refund of deposits, forfeiture of winnings, and reporting to authorities.
